When you request a growth consultation we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company, role, website, sector, the service you are interested in, the challenge you describe and any preferred times you give us.
We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and the referring source, so we can see which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, arrange the consultation and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to our business, and we rely on your consent for any marketing communication, which you can withdraw at any time.
We use aggregated analytics to improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless we are working together or you ask us to delete them. If you ask us to delete your details we will do so, except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email claire@carbonmarketingagency.com and we will respond within one month.
